Thesis
Every dollar on Sui should be money people can use: sent to a name, spent with a card, cashed out to a bank, without ever touching a seed phrase or a gas token.
Talise is the gasless stablecoin wallet for Sui users, powered by USDsui. People hold dollars as USDsui and send them to a name instead of an address. Payments are final in under a second, and there is no gas token to hold: USDsui transfers are gasless on the Sui Network.
Sign-in is Google or Apple through zkLogin, so there is no seed phrase, and every payment is signed on the user’s own device. Around that core, Talise connects Sui to the rest of the money world: USDC in from EVM chains, yield from Sui DeFi, a virtual dollar card, and cash-outs to bank accounts and mobile money in more than 30 countries.
Sui already moves dollars in under a second. Talise makes those dollars feel like a bank account, without a bank holding them.
Why now
Stablecoins have become the internet’s dollar, but the chains that settle them best are the hardest for ordinary people to use.
$291.5B
Stablecoin supply across all chains
0.17%

$74.1M
USDsui in circulation, the second-largest stablecoin on Sui
Figure 1
Sui holds 0.17% of the $291.5B stablecoin supply
Sui finalises a payment in under a second and supports zkLogin natively, yet holds a sliver of stablecoin supply. The gap is not settlement; it is the experience. USDsui, already the second-largest stablecoin on Sui after USDC ($319.8M), gives Talise a native dollar to build that experience on.
The problem
Each step a wallet asks of a newcomer loses people, and a dollar that can’t be spent stays a crypto asset.
- Seed phrases. Twelve words to write down, and the money is gone if they are lost.
- Gas. Buying and topping up SUI before any dollar can move.
- Addresses. 66 characters copied without a typo, for every payment.
- Dead ends. No simple way from on-chain dollars to a bank account or a card.
Talise removes each step. Balances are USDsui, which moves gasless on Sui. Every user can claim name@talise and be paid by it. zkLogin turns a Google or Apple sign-in into a wallet whose key stays on the device. And rails at the edges reach banks, cards and other chains, while Talise’s servers can never move a user’s money on their own.
The product
One wallet on three platforms, sharing one backend: native iOS, Android and the web.
With Google or Apple. zkLogin creates a Sui wallet whose key stays on the device. No seed phrase.
Hold and send
Dollars as USDsui, sent to a name like maya@talise. Gasless on Sui, final in under a second.
Spend or cash out
With the Talise card, or to banks and mobile money in more than 30 countries.

| Talise Copilot | An assistant that answers questions about the account and turns requests into payments the user confirms. | iOS · Android · Web |
| Bridge | USDC and other assets from EVM chains into USDsui, to any Sui wallet. | talise.io/bridge |
| Assistant connector | Claude, ChatGPT or Grok can check a balance and prepare cash-outs the user approves. | Hosted |
Every app has light and dark modes, a PIN, biometric confirmation for each payment and auto-lock the moment it is left. Every card payment and cash-out opens a receipt, and cash-outs abroad are named for where they go: “Cash out to US bank”, “Cash out to M-Pesa”.
How Talise compares
Talise combines what people value in exchanges and remittance apps with the self-custody and speed of a Sui wallet.

The card is the bridge between the two worlds: it turns on-chain dollars into a regulated US-dollar account, which pays out to banks abroad. Inside the network, sends and swaps stay on Sui and final in under a second.
Identity and compliance
One identity check unlocks the card, cash-outs abroad and higher limits, and a tier only ever goes up.
| Tier | How it is reached | Daily send limit | Unlocks |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | Signing in with Google or Apple | $1,000 | Hold, send, receive, local cash-out |
| 1 | Passing the identity check | $5,000 | The card, cash-outs abroad |
| 2 | Full ID, address and sanctions screening | $10,000 | Higher limits |
| 3 | Enhanced due diligence, source of funds | By review | Case by case |
The check asks for name, date of birth, address, phone and an ID document. A passport can be scanned instead of typed: the app reads its machine-readable zone on the device, verifies every check digit and fills the form, and it never guesses a document number. Every fiat rail runs through a licensed partner, with a $1,000 daily cash-out cap, a per-deposit cap on local add-money, and bank account numbers encrypted at rest.
Security
Keys never leave the device, and the server can prepare a payment but never make one.
On the device
- zkLogin: no seed phrase to steal or lose
- A PIN and biometric confirmation on every payment
- Auto-lock when the app is left; a privacy cover in the iOS app switcher
On the server
- Secrets server-side only, verified by audit
- AES-256-GCM encryption at rest for sign-in salts, sessions and bank numbers
- OAuth 2.1 with mandatory PKCE and rotating tokens for AI assistants
- Signed-first, nonce-managed payouts, so a retry can never pay twice
| Date | Review | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Nov 2026 | Codebase-wide security pass | Findings fixed and shipped |
| Sep 2026 | Secrets exposure audit | Clean, verified with positive controls |
| Aug–Sep 2026 | Move smart-contract review | Rate floor and value binding added; version gating; all packages republished |
| Jul 2026 | Application security audit | Findings fixed and shipped |
On-chain programs
Where money must wait, it waits in a contract on Sui, not in a Talise account.
| Package | Version | What it does | Published at |
|---|---|---|---|
talise | 8 | Vault deposits and the auto-swap into USDsui, with a minimum-rate floor | 0x69fc6b…6fc5 |

talise-goals | 2 | Savings goal vaults, openable only by their owner | 0x9eaa83…9e62 |
talise-automations | 3 | Standing orders anyone can trigger, but only to the owner's recipient, only when due | 0x66e401…a6f4 |
talise-yield | 2 | Earn positions in a lending market, bound to the depositor's value | 0x3943e5…eeff |
talise-payroll | 2 | Batch payouts to a team | 0xa3ea73…f0c5 |
talise-payroll-streams | 2 | Salary streamed by the second | 0xa0dde9…df27 |
talise_privacy | 1 | A shielded pool for private USDsui transfers (pilot) | 0x36d801…26b4 |
Permissionless by design. Scheduled payments need no server: execute_due can be called by anyone, but it can only send the owner-set amount to the owner-set recipient once the on-chain clock says it is due.
Private transfers. A shielded pool hides amounts and the link between sender and receiver with zero-knowledge proofs (Groth16, Poseidon commitments). The first private round-trip on mainnet ran on 21 June 2026; a multi-party trusted setup comes next, before limits rise.
AI and agents
Talise is built for a world where people ask an assistant to move money, and the assistant still needs their approval.
Figure 3
An assistant prepares; only the person can pay
- “Cash out ₦50,000 to my GTBank”The person asks Claude, ChatGPT or Grok
- Quote and prepareThe connector checks the balance, the account name and the daily limit
- Approve ₦50,000 in TaliseA one-time link, valid for 10 minutes
- Confirm and signOn the person’s own device; only then does money move
Talise Copilot answers questions about the account and turns a request into a payment the user confirms. The Talise connector lets Claude, ChatGPT and Grok check a balance and prepare cash-outs over OAuth 2.1; a stolen connection can only ever prepare requests the owner must approve. The Talise CLI gives developers and agents the same wallet from a terminal, including agent-to-agent payments. Connect an assistant.

The Talise card and cash-outs abroad launched on 2 November 2026. Figures as of 4 November 2026.
Business model
A small, visible fee where money touches the outside world; nothing on dollar-to-dollar transfers inside the network.
| Action | Talise fee |
|---|---|
| Send and receive USDsui | Free |
| Cash out to a bank | 0.5% on top |
| Top up the Talise card | 0.5% on top |
| Card issuance | $2.00 once |
| Move card balance to the wallet | 0.5% |
| Swap | 1% |
| Save into a goal | 0.1% |
| Bridge from EVM chains | 2% |
| Cash out abroad | Partner fee, passed through |
Fees are shown before the user confirms, added on top so the recipient gets exactly what was asked, and paid in the same signed transaction to Talise’s treasury on Sui. Talise does not compete on being cheapest. Its edge is the network (a name anyone can pay, final in under a second, no seed phrase) and business flows, where margin comes from volume.

Roadmap
Now finishes what November started, Next puts Talise in the app stores, and Later depends on Talise’s own licence and float.
Figure 5
Approvals in the apps, store launches, then Talise’s own corridors
Now
November 2026
- Approve AI-prepared cash-outs inside the apps
- Sign in with Apple on the web
- Security hardening release
Next
Once Now ships
- App Store and Google Play launch
- AI assistants that send abroad
- Talise CLI on npm
- One-tap identity for people already verified
Later
Gated on a licence and float
- Talise's own licence and first business corridor
- Private transfers in the apps
- Tier 2 limits with proof of address
- More local add-money rails
Gate: Talise's own licence and float in place before it runs a corridor.
Risks
The largest risks are regulatory and partner concentration, not technology.
| Risk | Why it matters | Mitigation |
|---|---|---|
| Licensing | Moving money across borders needs licensed partners or Talise's own licence in each market. | Every fiat rail runs through a licensed partner; the plan anchors on a Singapore licence before Talise runs a corridor itself. |
| Partner concentration | The card and cash-outs abroad rely on one partner; local rails on two. | Each rail can be switched off in seconds, and local rails already run on two partners. |
| Engagement depth | Sign-ups arrived in a launch wave; the transacting base is smaller. | The October focus on payments, open add-money and the card target repeat use. |
| Smart-contract risk | Goals, cheques, streams and the shielded pool hold funds in contracts. | Audited and republished with version gating; the shielded pool is capped while its ceremony completes. |
| Exchange rates | Local currencies move through the day. | Rates are fixed when a deposit's details are issued or a cash-out is created. |
| Float | Running corridors directly needs an estimated $8–15M of float. | Partner-funded rails until that capital is raised. |
